Below find a list of some of the events which the club will be involved in in 2019.  Please keep checking back for updated details as the events page is continually updated throughout the year.

  • Our AGM will take place on Sunday 17th February at 11.30am at Central Hotel, Tullamore

  • Spring meet up will take place on Saturday 6th April.  Meet at Battle of the Boyne Centre outside Drogehda at 12pm. Leave at 12.30 to meet the R132 and travel South via R132 will second meeting point at Howth Summit at 2 pm from where we will travel to the National Transport Museum in Howth.

  • Attendance at The Cork Car Show at Cork Airport on Sunday 7th April.

  • Attendance at Carlow Vintage and Classic Motor Club’s Annual show at Ducketts Grove, outside Carlow town on Sunday 12th May.  Meet outside the venue at 11 am and then travel in as a group to the show at 11.30.

  • Our early summer weekend will take place on the weekend of 24th to 26th May.  Base will be The Woodlands Hotel, Dunmore East Road, Waterford.

  • Attendance at NCBI Des Cullen Car Show at St. Columba’s College, Kilmshogue Lane, Rathfarnham, Dublin

  • Classic Fiat Ireland will have their usual stand at The Irish Classic and Vintage Motor Show on Sunday 7th July run by the Irish Jaguar and Daimler Club and held at Terenure College.  The club had in excess of 30 cars last year on the stand to celebrate 30 years of the Fiat Tipo and we had some lovely Tipos on the stand.  This year we would like to see lots more Fiat cars on the stand.  This year we will be celebrating 50 years of the Fiat 128.  The 128 was the car of choice for many Irish families from the late 60’s up to the mid 80’s.  We also hope to have some Abarth cars on the day to celebrate 70 years of Abarth.  Drop by the stand and join us for a cuppa.

  • The club will attend the Moynalty Steam Threshing Show on Sunday 11th August at Moynalty Co. Meath. See the Moynalty Steam Threshing Website

  • Classic Fiat Ireland will attend the A Day of Automotive History at Strokestown House hosted by Roscommon Sports and Classic Car Club on Sunday 25th August.  All cars attending will need to be in situ before 11.30 am.

  • Our late summer outing will take place on Sunday 8th September at a location to be decided
  • The club will hold their September Weekend Away on the weekend of  20 to 22/23 September and based at Hotel Newport, Newport Co. Mayo.  There will be a choice of a 2 night or a 3 night break.  We would be delighted to welcome you on this weekend.
